What qualifies
- Commission applies only to qualified new leads.
- Existing clients and previously contacted opportunities may not qualify.
- The lead must be submitted before the prospect independently contacts F Koin Tech.
- Only one partner can receive credit for a lead.
Who does what
- F Koin Tech handles sales, pricing, contracts and delivery.
- Commission is paid only after F Koin Tech receives the relevant client payment.
Fair play
- No spam, misleading claims, impersonation or deceptive marketing.
- F Koin Tech may reject duplicate, invalid or unsuitable leads.
- Commission terms may change for future referrals. Accepted referrals stay on the terms agreed at the time.

The program
The F Koin Tech Referral Partner Program rewards individuals and businesses who introduce new clients to F Koin Tech. Taking part does not make you an employee, agent or legal representative of F Koin Tech.
Qualified referrals
A referral qualifies when it is a genuine new business opportunity, submitted through this page before the prospect independently contacts F Koin Tech, and is accepted by F Koin Tech after review. Existing clients and previously contacted opportunities may not qualify.
One partner per lead
Only one partner can receive credit for a lead. If the same business is submitted more than once, credit goes to the first valid submission F Koin Tech receives.
Commission
The commission is 15% of the first project payment collected by F Koin Tech from the referred client, calculated on the actual amount received, excluding GST, refunds and third-party costs where applicable. It is a one-time payment and is not recurring.
Payment
Commission becomes payable only after F Koin Tech receives the relevant client payment. If that payment is refunded or reversed, the related commission is not payable. Applicable taxes and statutory deductions may apply.
Sales and delivery
F Koin Tech alone handles sales, pricing, contracts and delivery, and may accept or decline any project. Partners may not make promises, quote prices or agree terms on behalf of F Koin Tech.
Conduct
No spam, misleading claims, impersonation or deceptive marketing. You must have the business's permission to share their contact details. F Koin Tech may reject duplicate, invalid or unsuitable leads and may remove anyone who breaks these rules from the program.
Privacy
Details you submit are used only to assess and follow up on the referral, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
F Koin Tech may change or end the program, including commission terms, for future referrals. Referrals already accepted are handled according to the terms agreed at the time.
